Burying The Lede Department
CNN took a great story about the Boeing 737 and made it mediocre by burying the lede; as the AP noted some time ago, an internal Boeing document describes the 737 as “designed by clowns who in turn are supervised by monkeys,” as reported some time ago by the AP.

Boys on the Boat *****
Too many reviews this week, so this one is a brief. It’s a great underdog sports film about a University of Washington JV crew team’s path to the Berlin Olympics. I rowed intramural crew a few times; this is me on the day The Tech’s crew won the Golden Turkey Quill challenge.
